Detection & Alarm Systems
Including smoke, heat, beam and aspirated detection, fire panels and emergency warning systems, in accordance with AS 1670 and maintained to Section 6 of AS 1851.
Sprinkler Systems
Including automatic wet, dry, pre-action and deluge systems, in accordance with AS 2118 and maintained to Section 2 of AS 1851.
Hydrants & Hose Reels
Including fire hydrant systems, booster assemblies and hose reel systems, in accordance with AS 2419 and AS 2441 and maintained to Sections 4 and 9 of AS 1851.
Extinguishers & Blankets
Including portable extinguishers and fire blankets, in accordance with AS 2444 and maintained to Sections 10 and 11 of AS 1851.
Fire Doors & Passive Systems
Including fire doors, smoke doors and fire-stopping of service penetrations, in accordance with AS 1905.1 and AS 4072.1 and maintained to Section 12 of AS 1851.
Pumpsets
Including hydrant, sprinkler and combined pumpsets, in accordance with AS 2941 and maintained to Section 3 of AS 1851.
Water Storage Tanks
Including tanks serving hydrant and sprinkler systems, in accordance with AS 2304 and maintained to Section 5 of AS 1851.
Emergency & Exit Lights
Including emergency luminaires and exit signs, in accordance with AS/NZS 2293.1 and maintained to AS/NZS 2293.2.
Electrical Maintenance
Including RCD push-button testing, RCD injection testing and trip times, verification of miniature circuit breaker and RCBO fault ratings, switchboard condition and cleanliness, thermographic imaging, and test and tag, in accordance with AS/NZS 3760 and AS/NZS 3000.

We use Uptick, a cloud platform built for the fire industry. Every service is logged in real time alongside your paper logbook, and any defect is captured and quoted from the same record, following AS 1851-2012.
Secure Customer Portal
Every contracted property comes with secure portal access. Records, defects, quotes, invoices and compliance documents are there on phone or desktop, so you can send a hydrant flow test to your insurer or approve a repair without chasing paperwork.
Every Asset Barcoded
Every panel, extinguisher, hydrant, hose reel and pump is barcoded, so its service history stays with it. Defects are reported with photos, so you can see the issue and get it fixed sooner.

Prequalification.
At Construct Fire Services, safety is our top priority. We are proud to be Cm3 certified, having successfully completed an independent, third-party assessment of our work health and safety management systems, risk profiles and insurance currencies. This prequalification gives our clients complete confidence that we operate safely, legally, and to the highest industry standard on every project.
WHS Systems
Our work health and safety management system has been independently assessed, covering how we identify hazards, control risk, train our people and manage incidents. It is the same system behind every SWMS we use on site.
Risk Profile
Our safety systems are reviewed against the work we actually do, from working at heights to live electrical testing and work near asbestos. The level of scrutiny matches the risk on your site.
Insurance
Our insurance certificates of currency are checked as part of prequalification, so you know the right cover is in place before we arrive. No chasing paperwork before work can start.
